We take care of everything related to the operation of devices and getting them up and running inside your home: from laying the very cable to the moment you connect to the internet through the necessary devices at home or in the office. But what can you expect when it comes to our service speed and dealing with unexpected challenges?

How quickly do we provide the ordered service? If the service is needed where we already provide services (in apartments or on streets where we are already present), we provide wireless (antenna) internet to customers who request it in order of priority, but most often we deliver the service within 1 day.

If you need fibre-optic internet in a private house, we will connect the internet within a week, since in such cases digging work, cable splicing, and routing to the required point of the house are needed. If you need fibre-optic internet in an apartment located in a multi-unit building, you will have internet within just 2–3 days.

How quickly do we resolve unexpected challenges? There are situations where we help simply by talking with the customer over the phone or remotely. In other cases, you will receive help the same day or the next.

On weekdays we travel to call-outs and serve customers by phone from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. On Saturdays we arrive from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and serve customers by phone from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. However, if needed, we can also help at later hours of the day.
