The internet is usually connected within 1–3 business days — the contract is signed only after a successful connection. If a fibre-optic lead-in is required at your building, the timeframe may differ due to lead-in preparation works and can take several weeks. Our specialists will contact you and arrange a convenient time.
Yes — a router is required to use wireless internet at home. You can purchase a router from us or use your own if it is compatible with our network. You can find out more about router requirements by contacting our customer service team.
No. The internet on all plans has no fair usage policy (FUP) data limit. Use as much as you like — the speed stays the same throughout the month.
Fibre transmits data as light pulses through an optical cable — this allows speeds of up to 10 Gbps with minimal latency. Unlike copper, optical fibre is not affected by electromagnetic interference and provides a stable connection around the clock.
Yes. You can change your plan at any time by calling our customer service team or by logging in to the self-service website. The plan change takes effect from the start of the next billing period.

Invoices are issued at the beginning of the following month for the previous month's services. You can find them on the self-service portal mano.etanetas.lt. You can pay electronically, by bank transfer, at Perlas terminals, Maxima checkouts, the post office, or using Solo cards.
