
Retransmission of 32 television programmes controlled by Gazprom-Media is being suspended in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.
On 20 April 2022, the Radio and Television Commission of Lithuania (hereinafter — LRTK) adopted a decision to suspend the free reception of 32 television programmes controlled by Gazprom-Media and retransmitted in the Russian language.

On 24 February 2022, the Office of Foreign Assets Control (hereinafter — OFAC) of the United States of America adopted a directive providing for restrictive financial measures against the Russian Federation joint-stock company "GAZPROMBANK". This company owns the holding company "Gazprom-Media" (ОАО "Газпром-Медиа"), located in the Russian Federation, whose controlled 32 television programmes are currently retransmitted or distributed online in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.
