Etanetas receives an award for innovation and cooperation with the Polish market

Etanetas, a fibre-optic internet and smart TV service provider operating in the Vilnius region for more than 20 years, was presented with a prestigious award at the Polish Business Awards ceremony.

The award was given to Etanetas for its activity in the Polish information and communication technology market, especially for its significant contribution to the development of internet television (IPTV) and its popularisation in Poland.

"Over two decades in the Vilnius region, Etanetas has laid more than 500 kilometres of fibre and given thousands of regional residents access to exceptionally fast and stable internet. Today our network covers more than 200,000 households in the Vilnius region that can be provided with fast internet and smart TV. Our activity is not limited to Lithuania. We successfully develop projects in Poland. We deploy the latest IPTV solutions and contribute to the expansion of modern television services in that country," says Etanetas CEO Artur Stefanovič.

It is estimated that in Poland, out of more than 500 internet providers, 25% choose Etanetas IPTV solutions, which together serve over 1 million customers.

The Polish Business Awards event was organised for the thirteenth year by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Vilnius and the Polish-Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce.
